Data controller

Sécu2Go, a service published by TMG Conseil and an intermediation platform for private security missions, is the controller for the processing described on this page. Contact for any data-related question: bonjour@tmgconseil.fr.

Data processed

Sécu2Go only processes the data needed to provide the service:

• Client or partner account: identity, contact details, billing information.
• Missions: site address, time slot, instructions, exchanges relating to the mission.
• Payment: handled by Mangopay; Sécu2Go does not store any payment card data.
• Partner compliance documents: CNAPS licence, professional liability insurance, supporting documents, processed to verify regulatory compliance.
• Mission media: photos and reports produced by the agent attached to the partner company during the mission.

Geolocation: during the mission only

The position of the agent attached to the partner company is only tracked during the mission: tracking starts when the mission begins and stops when it ends. No permanent tracking, no tracking outside missions.

The client sees the mission's progress without access to any movement history outside the mission.

Media: private, limited, deleted

Mission photos and reports follow strict rules:

• Photos taken from the app during the mission, no personal gallery imports by default.
• Private storage: no public media.
• Access through short-lived signed links only.
• Every access to media is logged.
• Automatic deletion after 30 days, unless a dispute or incident is ongoing.
• No permanent live broadcasting: no livestream is offered.

Purposes and legal bases

Performance of the contract is the basis for processing related to accounts, missions and payment. Compliance with legal obligations is the basis for retaining invoices and verifying partners' CNAPS licences. Legitimate interest is the basis for fraud prevention and platform security.

Retention periods

• Mission media: 30 days at most, unless there is a dispute or incident.
• Account data: for the duration of the relationship, then the applicable statutory periods.
• Invoices and accounting records: 10 years (legal obligation).
• Media access logs: a limited period as required for auditing.

Recipients

The executing partner receives only the information strictly needed for the mission (address, time slot, instructions, on-site contact). Mangopay processes payment data. The hosting provider stores data on behalf of Sécu2Go. No data is ever sold.

Your rights

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. To exercise them: bonjour@tmgconseil.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).

Cookies

The site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work (session, security). No advertising cookies are set during the pilot.
