Nature of the service
Sécu2Go is an intermediation platform. Sécu2Go orchestrates the request, payment, matching, tracking and audit trail of private security missions.
The work is carried out by partner companies or partner sole traders holding an operating licence issued by CNAPS (Conseil national des activités privées de sécurité, the French private security regulator), in accordance with Book VI of the French Internal Security Code. The agents who attend are attached to these partners and hold a valid professional licence.
Sécu2Go does not itself perform any private security work and does not employ the agents who attend missions.
Hosting
The site is hosted on a dedicated server located in Marseille, France.
Payments
Payments are processed by Mangopay SA, an electronic money institution authorised by the Luxembourg financial regulator, the Commission de surveillance du secteur financier (CSSF). Sécu2Go does not store any payment card data.
Intellectual property
The site, its structure, texts, interfaces and the Sécu2Go brand are protected by intellectual property law. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
Consumer mediation
In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, consumers may use a consumer mediator free of charge. Appointed mediator: [to be completed].
