Describe the mission
Address, time slot, duration, type of site and instructions. No payment card is requested at this stage.

For private clients, a card hold for 50% of the estimated price is authorised where it applies. It is not charged.
Execution and report
The partner company carries out the mission. You receive a time-stamped report, the invoice and private evidence.
What happens during a visit
The agent attached to the partner company checks the access points (doors, windows, gate), walks around the garden if you have asked for it, notes anything unusual and takes time-stamped photos. A visit lasts 10 to 20 minutes depending on the size of the property.
If anything is wrong, you are alerted immediately and the instructions defined at booking apply: calling the police, contacting a relative, waiting on site.
Your data stays private
Photos are taken from the partner's app, stored privately and accessible only through short-lived signed links. They are deleted automatically after 30 days, unless there is a dispute or incident.
No geolocation takes place outside the mission: tracking starts at the beginning of the visit and stops at the end.

How often should visits take place?
Two to three visits a week are enough for a typical absence, at varying times to stay unpredictable. For an isolated property or one already targeted, a daily rhythm is justified.
Do I need to hand over keys?
Not by default: checks are made from the outside (access points, shutters, gate). A key handover is possible if you want interior checks; it is then documented and traceable.
Are the photos public?
No. They are private, served through short-lived signed links, with logged access, and deleted automatically after 30 days unless there is a dispute or incident.
What happens if something is wrong?
You are alerted immediately, photos included. The agent attached to the partner company follows your instructions and contacts the police if the situation requires it.
