How it works

Book Sécu Event in four steps.

Describe the mission

Address, time slot, duration, type of site and instructions. No payment card is requested at this stage.

Sécu2Go checks availability

Only partners that are active, compliant, insured and covering the area can receive the request.

Mangopay card guarantee

For private clients, a card hold for 50% of the estimated price is authorised where it applies. It is not charged.

Execution and report

The partner company carries out the mission. You receive a time-stamped report, the invoice and private evidence.

Sizing the team

Staffing depends on attendance, the layout of the venue and the hours. A common rule of thumb: one agent attached to the partner company per hundred or so guests in a simple layout, more if the site has several entrances.

Dress and posture

A dark suit, the partner's branded uniform or plain clothing: state your preference in the brief. The agents attached to the partner company hold a valid professional licence and follow your reception instructions.

How many agents do I need for my event?

A common rule of thumb: one agent per hundred or so guests in a simple indoor layout. The executing partner confirms the staffing based on the venue, the entrances and the hours before confirmation.

How far in advance should I book?

72 hours ahead is usually enough. From May to August on the French Riviera, book earlier: partners' schedules fill up fast.

Can the agents wear suits?

Yes. State the required dress in the mission brief; the partner confirms before validation.

Who is responsible for the set-up on site?

The executing partner company supervises its agents and runs the set-up. Sécu2Go orchestrates the request, the payment and the audit trail of the mission.
